With a network of over 4000 km of marked bike routes, Graubünden is the no. 1 destination for bike enthusiasts. The bike routes start at 270 m in the almost Mediterranean South Tyrolean Mesolcina valley, climbing up to the heady heights of the Parpaner Rothorn - at a breathtaking 2861 metres above sea level. In between the canton offers an exciting and almost unlimited mix of possible routes and trails for cyclists and mountain bikers. Graubünden is regularly listed in reader’s polls in specialist biking magazines in the German-speaking world as the most popular and most-visited cycling region in Switzerland – and not without good reason!
