Jovial “Hybrid Frame E” for E-Bikes
Combining the reliability and performance of aluminum and carbon through hybrid technology, Jovial of Limotec Group has created a technically superior frame exclusively for E-Bikes. Debuting at EUROBIKE in August, the fascination of Hybrid Frame E lies in superior product construction in a fraction of the standard manufacturing time: 60% shorter molding and 37.5% lower production times bring tooling costs down 70% – very decisive price factors.
Evolving from standard frame specs, Jovial’s Hybrid Frame E applies carbon fiber technology to the driving unit module, downtube and motor interface – notably the most complicated production aspects of E-bike frame construction – and uses aluminum for the remaining frame. This construction grants higher design freedom, minimizes welded joints and markedly increases frame strength. 25% reduction in frame weight is a convincing plus – especially for the E-MTB and E-Gravel product categories.
