Visa invitation letter for exhibitors

1. Please submit the requested information for all personnel of your company who need a visa invitation letter. The visa invitation letter will be sent to you by e-mail and then please check if everything is correct so that we can send you the original in duplicate by airmail. If you prefer to receive it by express service, please note that this costs will be charged to you and we need your customer number of any express service you deal with. Please submit the visa invitation letter together with all other required documents to the German Mission (Embassy or Consulate) responsible for your present place of residence.

2. We recommend that you carry a copy of your visa invitation letter with you as one of your important travel documents.

3. Please note: Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity when applying for your visa.
