You are planning an event on your stand during EUROBIKE? Please note that stand parties and events which take place after the closing time of the show have to be approved in advance. Therefore we need some information from you.
For stand parties we charge a lump sum of EUR 75.-- for extra cleaning (toilets) and light. There also may occur costs for extra guards (depending on how many people you expect). We will inform you about the costs when approving the event.
