Monika Fiedler is a graduate in business administration from Würzburg and for 13 years has been managing director of the Munich-based agency Fiedler Concepts GmbH. An expert in marketing and events, for many years she was involved in publishing, with companies such as Verlag Würzburg, Callwey Verlag Munich and Motor Presse Stuttgart. With her agency, Monika Fiedler has specialized in the design and execution of women’s event formats and advises companies and regions at national and international level in the field of marketing and sales as well as in event and athlete activation.
Women as a target group – How women should be addressed so that they feel understood
Understanding women as a multidimensional target group: classical role behaviour no longer exists. Whether tough businesswoman, loving mother, ambitious sportswoman – these roles can be and are fulfilled all at the same time. Regions have to take account of this multidimensionality in their marketing and when addressing target groups: from the range of sporting performance levels, through the variety in health and beauty facilities to sustainable catering offers.
